I reached out to Huntsville Toyota on 12/20 however the dealership was closed until 12/26. I called again and spoke to sales representative Ian and had asked to please send me a video of the car to make sure there were no scratches on the vehicle I was interested. His response was that it was raining and he would send later. Today’s date is 12/30 and still have not received no video. Wasted my time dealing with Huntsville Toyota and decided to purchase my car from Don McGill Toyota. Thanks for nothing!

After shopping many dealerships I must say Huntsville
After shopping many dealerships I must say Huntsville Toyota was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Ean O’lane was my salesman he had great knowledge of what was on the lot showed me vehicles that was in my budget and on my wish lists. This young man made a 4 hour drive to get paperwork signed and even delivered my new SUV to my door. Folks it doesn’t get much better than that.

Bought a used car from HT
Bought a used Subaru from HT in Feb 2021. Drove it to California and discovered a leak. Turns out transmission. Even though I had no extended warranty with HT they were willing to help all along and were incredibly responsive. Subaru fixed it for free, but folks at HT were ready to assist in case they didn't. Highly recommended!
