The absolute worst car buying experience I've ever encountered in all of my adult life! I was sold a Lemon and the dealership don't want to own up to responsibility

We called about a car we found on the website. We explained to the salesman, Camron, that we needed to do the numbers over the phone and then we would come purchase the vehicle. We gave him all of our info. He assured us, he would have no problem getting us into the car for the monthly payments we needed to be at. He said maybe a little bit over but not much. We drove the almost 2 hrs. to find out someone was already purchasing the car. Which, we would have understood, but they lied about it and made it seem like we might still have a chance. They let us test drive in from the "sold" lot. Told us to be careful and hurry. When we got back from the test drive and told them we wanted it they brought back bogus numbers. The manager just assumed we had bad credit, because "everyone has bad credit" is what we were told. The payments ended up being more than $500 a month over what we were told on the phone. Then they acted offended like we had wasted their time and we were crazy for wanting that monthly payment. Regardless of the fact that they assured us over the phone that they could do those payments. If they car sold before we got there, all they had to do was call us and tell us not to come. The next question to this survey is would you refer to a friend, I wouldn't even refer to an enemy.

Excellent customer service, me and my partner were assisted by a sales representative named Jerry who helped us pick the right car at a great price. Even after purchasing the car I may still contact him with any questions I have about the services my vehicle needs.
