Tristian and Big Will were amazing.
Tristian and Big Will were amazing. During the whole walking around process, Tristian helped us and made us feel very comfortable he was funny and accommodating. Big Will was hilarious and made sure we got the best deal we possibly could. Both very honest people.

Stay away from the service department at Toyota of
Stay away from the service department at Toyota of Grapevine. I brought my truck in for a wiring harness issue and paid over $3,000 for the repair. At that price, you’d expect the vehicle to be returned in proper, original working condition. Unfortunately, that wasn’t even close to the case. Because of poor workmanship from their technician, I ended up paying an additional $2,000 out of pocket at another dealership to fix mistakes Toyota of Grapevine made. First, the technician failed to properly seat a connection and the air filter, which caused a check engine light. Then, my truck began leaking gas because the fuel injectors were not seated correctly. Both issues were directly tied to sloppy, careless work. I repeatedly reached out to Alex, the service advisor, to try to resolve this and make things right. My calls were never returned. If you value your vehicle and your money, avoid this place. They clearly don’t stand behind their work, and customers are left paying the price for their mistakes.

I went to 3 different dealerships in 1 day and nothing felt right until I stepped into Texas Toyota of Grapevine. The atmosphere is high energy, I didn’t feel like I was being belittled or scammed, and I loved the options I had. Jon D was great to work with; he was super accommodating and attentive and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. Would definitely recommend.
