Lied and Lost Me

Wasted Hours of my day. Scheduled the appt and was called back by Jr saleswoman who "verified" the truck was in stock and on the lot. Drove more than 2 hours roundtrip to test drive, only to find I had been lied to. Saleswoman wasn't remorseful at all, said "we have alot of OTHER trucks you can look at" (which they did, but was beside the point). Walked the lot with my phone and found at least 6 more trucks said to be on the lot that weren't. Turns out the truck I was coming in to drive was sold 12 days before. Click bait and lies ruined my only Saturday off. Thank you Shottenkirk Toyota of Weatherford, thank you for nothing.

POOR SALEMAN SERVICE BY KELLY BOYD

4 days of back and forth dealing over the phone since i was 7.5 hrs away. instead of sales man being on top of thing i had to be calling and checking up on status. i had my finance done and ready to go. buyer beware on top of the normal doc fees and ttl fees they will force you to get additional warrantee that will bump up price another 2,000 whether you want it or not. that last day i actually was going for it. i called kelly back to give down payment to hold the truck and he hung up on me. i called again 25 min later and he forward me the call. i call multiple times to sales and i got no answer. and im not making this up cause i didnt buy there truck im actually glad they where rude. cause the following day i called anther dealer and was driving back home with a new truck the same day.. and i saved 2500 even after i added extended waranty and gap.. thanks kelly for being rude i was able to get a better deal else where. just because there is a shortage in inventory right now dont mean you have to act arrogant and think that your the only dealer that and get good deals..

Terrible dealership experience

One of the worst dealer experiences and sales teams that I have ever had to deal with. Found a truck and was trying to schedule a time to come down from Kansas to look at a truck that I had found, and called every day for several days in a row, without any response whatsoever. Then come to find out, they sold the truck, again without anyone saying anything about it. They had all my information on file and which truck I was interested in, and still no one said anything! Very frustrating considering how long it took to find the truck and the distance I was willing to travel! Absolutely horrible communication and customer service! Do yourself a favor and go find a different dealership!!!
