No pressure from anyone. Looked at models and I asked questions. Mr. Alejandro Davila was patient and allowed me to model I was interested in. I like the car and the next day I came in and bought the car. Mr. Davila was courteous and very patient. Thank you for your help.

I’ve never had a more unprofessional horror story
I’ve never had a more unprofessional horror story experience in my life than I have had and continue to have with Sport City Toyota in Dallas. The yelp and BBB reviews are a horror story for the dealership, its owner, and its finance company- Driveway. Google as well. TikTok has a personal horror story on it right now. The finance department is run by “Mark Kitchen” who allows for unethical and unlawful behavior to run rampant in the department (please research his name in reviews). I met him once in which he didn’t even introduce himself and as soon I wasnt a nice and quiet customer getting abused he threw a toddler tantrum and walked away. DPD has a case on the dealership and there is a pending lawsuit for fraud with the DA. Please run away as fast as possible. I’m contacting state and federal authorities… not a single “manager” has reached out to me to 1. Apologize, 2. Explain, 3. Correct the problem. Avoid at all cost! HIDDEN COSTS THEY HIDE FROM YOU !!! They hid $1200 into my finance contract— never mentioned nor explained the items, I never consented to the items- they aren’t even on the paperwork sent to me!!!! I am contacting Toyota corporate as well bc they sold me a “TCUV gold certified” car without meeting the requirements. They are blackening Toyota’s name. Please don’t end up in the position I am in!!!!!!! Will be hitting up local news stations for consumer report. AVOID! RUN! They are CRIMINAL!!!! They ONLY allow for “driveway finance” bc Lithia owns it?! My car stated in writing it would come with “new car finance rates” but Melissa lied to me and said she could only offer pre owned rates…. I could go on and on and on. Please don’t do it to yourself.
