The cleanliness of the shop is impressive. It is obvious that the personnel work hard to keep a safe working environment. I gave a 4, because we are retired and living on limited income. Carlos has given me advice on upcoming mileage service recommendations. This assures me that Carlos is not trying to up-sell me on parts and services. Within a short time, I've received recommendations from the dealership that implied that the service needs to be done ASAP. This gives me the perception that the dealership wants to up-sell me on parts and services.

Carlos has been helping me as a service advisor for about 15 years or so. In that time, I have not known him to try to upsell me on parts. He has been helpful at telling us of future scheduled or periodic maintenance so that we can plan our maintenance budget needs.
