Broke my air filter and will not fix There response was for $700. They will fix what they broke. I have ask for service manager to call me and has either refused or just not called. I only service my truck at Toyota dealerships. I would like a call

Service advisor never contact me after saying he would. Took DAYS for a 3 hour job. Basically did not care I didn’t have a car and still wouldn’t have my car ready, when my car is finally done I receive it with curb rash in one of my NEW wheels.

I was very disappointed.
I was very disappointed. My vehicle was towed to your facility on Thursday evening and I left two notes stating that the battery and alternator were not functioning. However, it took your service department until late Tuesday afternoon to determine that the battery and alternator was the problem and they needed to be replaced. I had already contacted my regular mechanic to inquire about the labor and new parts cost for replacing with new battery and alternator for that particular vehicle. The cost from Gullo was over $1100.00 more. There is no doubt in my mind that Gullo took heavy advantage of the situation. The vehicle was ready for pickup until Wednesday.
