The only person that had a rude demeanor was the financial person. He seemed arrogant. Everyone one else did there best to help us out and give us the best deal. The form of payment we were giving wasnt acceptable, which doesnt make sense to me, but the way it was presented by him could have been presented in a different manner. I understand its not his decision but the way it was presented wasnt how I would have done the approach. Ive worked many years in customer service and just cuz it didnt matter to him if the sale went through, like it would to the manager or salesman, shouldnt be the reason to approach people in a way that it show the sales didnt benefit you. I think every customer should be treated vip up until they leave your lot.

The only customer service issue was having to wait for 20 minutes after I was told someone would meet me. 

Michael Garza is an outstanding customer service rep. 

He drove me to return my rental and then I gave him a ride to the dealership. 

During the ride he patiently answered all my questions. He was very personable and not at all like the stereotypical pushy car salesman. 

I called with a question the next day and again Michael was very helpful. 

Michael should be recognized for his service. Feel free to share this with him.

Joe Rock was very helpful at helping me buy my first truck. Gave me the best deal! The process was fast and friendly! Definitely made the right choice picking Toyota!
