I purchased a used Toyota Sienna here, and while the vehicle itself is fine, the overall experience was disappointing from start to finish. My salesperson, Van Redstone, communicated poorly throughout the process. After signing the papers, I was told the van would be ready in two days, but it ended up taking more than a week. I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates, and even when I arrived for pickup, several promised repairs were incomplete. I spoke with the sales manager, Koree Deeb, who acknowledged the dealership’s mistakes and offered 1% cash back as compensation. I appreciated that gesture, but it still took nearly two months and multiple emails (including escalations to upper management) before I finally received the check. To make matters worse, the seat leather repair was done last minute - the technician left overspray on the seat belt. The “before” photos listed on the website show the seat belt was clean prior to this repair. The lack of communication and follow-through made this a stressful and frustrating experience. Koree eventually made an effort to resolve things, but overall, the dealership needs to improve accountability, transparency, and quality control in both communication and repair work.
