Previously bought a car here and had no issues but this time was different. We were In the car headed up there to buy a car and ended turning around and going home. The sales associate was rude initially when I asked why brake pads were replaced at 30k Miles. It raised a flag so I was curious to reason. I was glad they replaced but that wasn’t what I was asking I was curious as to they why they had to and then I was told there shouldn’t be a problem for that price and then when we were on our way up we’re told differently. It was less than $900 off. We said the tires were going to have to be replaced soon and the sales associate again argued and basically came across like we were lying when we felt the treads and said they were practically brand new with a tread of 5/32....Needless to say we did not purchase and did not enjoy the experience at all. Just last month I bought a brand new car through Jim Burke Subaru over text and it was an Awesome buying experience. No issues whatsoever!

Never in my adult life have I brought a car from a dealership where I told them my max price and they came back with a lower offer. Aaron one of the managers was the greatest. He said he would hook me up and he did just that. I definitely would recommend them hands down. Also no pressure.
