I am not very easy to deal with but my salesman Joey Gilbert had such patience and especially the manager that I dealt with Pete, I am not sure of his last name. They make sure they do all that they can to get you totally satisfied with your deal. Pete himself (while wearing a tie and shirt) traded out step bars and installed a bed cover to get me satisfied enough to seal the deal that day. I am impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction, and I won't forget that.
Go Somewhere Else!!!

My wife and I ordered a 2019 Rav4 hybrid in May. After waiting two months, the dealership notified us that our new car was in. Upon arriving to the dealership, the representative instantly notified us that our car we ordered would in fact have more options that we ordered at a cost of $1,000. These options were NOT what we had ordered. We refuse to pay extra for options that we would actually remove, because we do not like them. The dealership is now refusing to refund us our deposit. Rick McGill has lost my business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
