Use caution when you are looking for a car at this dealership. I brought an Audi Q7 that was upside down, so they sold it to me for more than what it was worth, strike one. A couple of months later they sent me a notice that they wanted to buy it back but when I got there, the salesman said we don’t do that. Fast ward my sister wanted to trade her car at the same dealership, after the deal fell through; she was told that she couldn’t bring the car back but had to sign more paperwork. We went twice to take the car back, and the workers were all amused saying as we walked in, around two and my dad stated no round 3. We ask to speak to the GM and that didn’t happened because no one could get him on the phone. The next day we took their keys back to them and demanded to have the trade in back. The dealership never received a check for the trade in but stated they spent $2000 getting it ready to sell, which I don’t believe because my sister went to the service department and ask what was the charges for her car and the service personnel said nothing, we everything was in house. Hum makes you think! One of the managers came back with a detailed report but it took a while to printed, really now, strike two. Now everything is finished right, no, I’m still stuck paying on services my car didn’t receive and they are still running kins credit as of two weeks after the car was given back. Be careful when you shop here. My dad also look for a truck and my dad is very mature but they kept bringing trucks for him to try that a teenager would drive. Yes, this company aims to please their wallets and not your wants or needs.

Yesterday struck road debris which damaged passenger door trim panel & base weather stripping. Immediate drove to Lugoff Toyota where Michael examined & documented damage then facilitated ordering of repair parts. After part order Michael made appointment for this morning. Michael provided estimated repair cost. While waiting for repair completion Michael provided estimated completion update. Damage completely repaired… like new. Excellent from start to finish. Also, a tribute to RAV’s design/engineering that damage was not worse.

My daughter was looking for a reliable car with low mileage at a reasonable price. Matt greeted us with a smile and a hand shake that was welcoming and appreciative customer service.
