Sold me a car that they knew required a complete engine
Sold me a car that they knew required a complete engine rebuild. They had sold it to someone else prior to my buying it, it was returned with this problem, and they turned around and sold it to me. They withheld all of that information from Carfax. When I went back to address it, got only the runaround. Unacceptable quality, service, customer service, communication, and most important, ethics.

Came in 3,000 miles early for oil change Immediately
Came in 3,000 miles early for oil change Immediately told my battery going dead, need wiper blades, both cabin filters needed changing (just did 6 weeks prior) every single time I cone get oil changed it’s a rip off bc they try to add as much as they can to replace. Is this Toyota or Ford? I despise this dealership, sorry I ever leased a vehicle from here.

Called to say we were fined due to illegal tinted windows on car just purchased. Promised to call back, never heard a word. Clips to bumper were all missing, sales rep promised to order, never heard back. Interesr rates 3 to 4% higher than local credit union. Refinanced immediately
