I went to the dealership to inquire about my soon to expire lease for my Tacoma. I was greeted by Joe, sales/ lease specialist. After explaining to Joe that I was only looking for options, he took his time , asking what I wanted in a truck, no pressure , no gimmicks just honest conversation.As I mentioned I came to dealership to inquire, after letting Joe do his thing, l left dealership in a new truck, same lease, no money down. First time ever the dreaded dealership visit was enjoyable. Thanks again to Joe. Great job!
