I went to Langway to buy a used car which I had seen online. The car was exactly as described. Adam, the salesman, was professional and laid back. He showed me another car that was in my price range which made the decision more difficult for me. When I went back the second day, I took a longer test drive of both cars without any pressure from Adam. He answered all my questions on both cars with ease. In the end, I bought the original car I had in mind and was impressed with the ease of the process. There was a little sales pitch from the business manager which I expected but he was also professional and did not pressure my to change my decisions. This is probably the 20th car I have bought from a dealership in my life and easily one of the easiest experiences.

I wanted to leave a review for Langway Toyota. I recently traded in my truck and purchased a Toyota certified Camry. I found my experience from contact through car guru's to delivery to be exemplary. I got to spend some time the proud owner of Langway, Jim and get a small tour of his spotless facility. My salesman Adam Fleser was a gentleman to deal with. Langway was very busy on the day I was to take delivery on my car as it was the last day of the year. There was a slight oversight on delivery; however, I must say Langway went over and above to make sure I got my car on the time promised and that I was completely happy. I drove over an hour and forty-five minutes to go to this dealer as the dealer 15 minutes from me for the same car not certified was several thousands of dollars more than Langway. So if you want a good clean deal with no B.S., this is the place. Would I drive that far again to deal with Langway... Absolutely without question my experience was that good

A very responsible dealership. Car was reasonably priced to begin with, and they were also open to a some degree of negotiation. Car was expertly prepared. Very forthright in their dealings with us, about the car, financing options, etc. I drove from MA to RI to see a particular car at this dealership, and I was not disappointed in how we were treated. I would recommend Langway unequivocally.
