Lorenzo was a pleasure to work with and very reasonable and approachable throughout the process. I wish he was a little more familiar with the capabilities of the Rav4 phev. He could not make the remote engine start work and did not follow up with promised help from somebody more knowledgeable. The driver preferred seat setting feature is also not working for me
