Awesome Experience

Randy C. made our car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. We were shopping for a reliable used car that would handle my long commute to/from work. While browsing the lot we met Randy. He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. It was exactly what we were looking for and the car went home with us that day. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles but never walked away talking about the person who sold us the car. Randy was patient and easy to work with. Without question the best car buying experience!!! We will be trading in our family car soon and will reach out to Randy when that time comes.

I found the Fitzgerald team to be very professional and knowledgeable. There was a couple issues with my used Ram 1500 and the service department was very responsvie and provided a loaner car while they addresed the issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Fitzgerald for a new or used truck or car purchase.

My wife and I recently purchased a new Highlander from the Chambersburg Dealership, We were pleasantly surprised by the very knowledgeable staff , Our salesman Terrek did an excellent job getting us a very good deal, going over the many great features of the Highlander and also followed up after the sale with a phone call and e- mail to see if we had any additional questions, The financial manager Tim was also outstanding, He answered our questions promptly, very knowledgeable person. We also own a Camry witch was not purchased from this dealership, we did however have this vehicle serviced here, we also give the service department a 5 star rating.
