This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been into the shop
This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been into the shop for just basic work and this is the 2nd time that I was never called to let me know my vehicle was finished. The paper said they called me at 9:45. I had no phone call other than the one at 8:43 where they wanted me to purchase new tires. If you use the messenger service they say they want you to communicate on they just ignore you. If you call, you get a voicemail. Communication is lacking, other than the messages I received weekly telling me my car service is overdue. All they want is $$$$$$.

Dirty dealership tactics.
Dirty dealership tactics. Sold a car right out from underneath us. They ran her credit and we were waiting on approval and they sold the car to someone else. Low life salesman Tyler, and his low life manager is why used car dealerships get the rep they get.
