Service Department is Great!
I have been bringing my Toyota here for service for 4 years. The desk people are always professional, friendly and very forthcoming about explaining what they are doing. All of them have had outstanding customer service. The most recent experience was Bo Andersen who really went out of his way to make my service experience outstanding. The waiting room is very comfortable and cheerful. Everything is very clean. The free wifi is fast and I was able to conduct a Zoom meeting with clients while I waited for my car to be serviced.

Do your research, ask all the questions and verify verify verify. I contacted the dealership noted in the ad made all the arrangements to travel the The Dallas, OR and purchase in cash (no trade in). At the final minute they changed price. Blaming Toyota or Cars.com
