Friendly and very helpful in our time of need.
Friendly and very helpful in our time of need. After hitting a deer it would have been possible to take advantage of the situation since we were from about 1,800 miles away. Instead David Delaney and Jeremy Friton got us into a new vehicle (Tacoma) to replace our damaged Tacoma. Even the individuals in the service department were very respectful and helpful in answering our questions. The arrangements made to provide us with a courtesy car allowed us to salvage most of our vacation in your beautiful area. When talking about Klamath Falls Toyta we have only high praise.
