I wanted to test drive Mazda CX-5 and Subaru Outback and maybe Forester. Megan was my initial contact but I worked most of the time with Omid. I am new to the SUV class but wanted to buy a vehicle with a better sight line. I tested the CX5 first and was disappointed with the suspension as it was a rough ride. I was looking for comfort but didn’t get it with the CX5. I asked Omid about test driving the Subaru and was amazed and grateful for his honesty in telling me that it didn’t have the comfort level I was looking for. He did set me up to test drive the Buick Encore GX, which did have the comfort level I sought but was too small a vehicle for me. I truly appreciate all the service and honesty that Omid provided and would gladly send people his way for the vehicles sold at Royal Moore.

I had never had such an easy car buying experience like the one at Royal Moore Toyota! From the moment I walked in the door I was not pressured or bugged, I was able to find the car I was looking for, I not only got a great deal on it but it had everything I was looking for. The process was very smooth and quick, I did not encounter any issues during my buy, thank you Amy for all the help very thankful for my new car!

I was working with Royal Moore via the web as an out of state customer. Jason was incredibly helpful. It was refreshing to see how easy buying a new car can actually be. I used to despise the whole thing. I would come back to Royal Moore in a heartbeat.
