Had oil change.
Had oil change. They didn't tighten my plug. Lost my oil. Had transmission fluid changed.Didn't tighten the plug and leaked onto driveway. Had brakes put on 7 months ago. They sound like metal on metal, took back 3 times , did not fix. Now they lost a 50 year customer. I don't recommend them.

Customer service stops with the sale. Questions go unanswered and phone calls are not returned. Promises of action disappear. After buying several toyotas, I may go back to ford because of them. Owner will not take a customer phone call.
