Came in on Saturday to look at vehicles talked to Landon and came back Monday ended up buying not one but TWO!! Landon goes above and beyond to make things work! He is very personable! Highly recommend! Post oak and salesman Landon!

Our sales lady was very helpful and polite. Really enjoyed working with her. They only had one FOB and there were no manuals with the 2024 Toyota we purchased. Wish they would have went over some of the items with us. The finance department man was very nice as well even though it seemed to take longer than expected since we did not finance the vehicle. Also they make you purchase their service package for over $1,000, was not to happy with that. Overall the experience was pretty good, other than taking 4 hours.

I contacted this dealership based on their advertised internet price and confirmed availability before making the trip. Unfortunately, that price appears to exist only on the internet, possibly as a work of fiction. After test driving the vehicle, I was informed that the dealership would be adding charges for window tint and nitrogen-filled tires — even though neither was on the car when I drove it and none of it was disclosed beforehand. These addendums seemed to materialize only after I was already on the lot. When I asked for the advertised price to be honored, I was told that wasn’t possible unless I agreed to these add-ons. If you enjoy surprise fees, imaginary accessories, this may be the place for you. If you prefer transparency and numbers that don’t require a plot twist, get a written buyer’s order before you go, because the online price is not the price you’ll be offered in person. I walked away — still impressed by how quickly extras can be added to a car without actually being added to the car.
