I called to ask about a tundra that was listed on
I called to ask about a tundra that was listed on Facebook. I told the salesman when I could come and the truck was setting out when I got there. The truck was not cleaned up but the salesman said that the truck had not been detailed yet but assured me it was going to be detailed. We worked out the deal but I told him I had an appointment and I would call him in about an hour. I called him and asked when it would be cleaned up and ready to pick it up. We decided 4:30. When I got there the, the truck had not been detailed and you could see where it had been quickly run through a car was not detailed. iAd soon as I saw the truck I told him it had not been detailed he said nothing. When I test drove the truck I told the salesman the tire sensor light was on the dash. When I pick up the truck it was still on. I was told to fill the tires up and if it did not go out bring it back. Needless to say, it was not a good experience buying this truck from bob howard. I have bought 5 cars from bob Howard, but no more.
