Paid for a car in cash. Can't seem to get a title? Several times i was told the title was over nighted. It wasn't. Told I would be over nighted a 30 day additional tag, it wasn't. Watch out, Jody doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Kept saying they were short staffed and busy. Not my problem as a buyer. Get your act together victory toyota and do better. This was by far the WORST car buying experience I have EVER encountered and perhaps the worst customer service!!!

Becareful when financing through them!
Becareful when financing through them!! They put 15 different hard inquires on my credit, from 15 different lenders!!! Oddly enough, I recieved credit denial letters AFTER the fact and DATED AFTER I had already purchased my car! Crooks! The salesmen was okay, hence the 2 stars..
