Garrett was the best sales person that we have ever encountered at Performance Toyota in Fairfield. He was very patient, as we had very specific expectations since we were buying this vehicle and not leasing. He made it possible to have the exact make, model, color and upgrades that we wanted. He was warm and welcoming and after we purchased the vehicle, he sat with me for over 30 minutes and went through each and every feature of my new car!

I visited this dealership yesterday to look at trading in my vehicle for a newer car. My dad has previously bought two cars from this dealership and had great things to say about it. However, we left yesterday having the worst experience with one of the salesmen. I never make complaints about things like this but after a day of cooling off and thinking things over, I felt the need to write a review. I don't believe the other salesmen act the same as this guy because of my dad's great experiences with other people there, but I will not be recommending anyone visit this location to purchase a car. The salesman I worked with was Garrett. He was extremely rude, pushy, condescending, fear-mongering, and definitely tried to take advantage of a female buyer, thinking I didn't know anything about anything. I was ready and willing to buy a car right then and there, however, instead of a salesman who was informative and helpful, he was neither. His entire mood and attitude changed when I didn't fall for his scare-tactics and word games. He became forceful and did not listen to what I wanted in a car or in a deal. We ended up leaving upset, frustrated, annoyed, and without a newer car. We will not be back to this dealership.

Considering a new vehicle, found exactly the right one and negotiated the exact right price. Very pleased with the result. Wife had purchased previous vehicles from this dealership and was pleased with each sale and vehicle.
