Worst experience ever I would never recommend this car
Worst experience ever I would never recommend this car dealership to anyone do not get the warranty because the mechanics will deny your claim until after your warranty ends lied about coverage and fees does not respond to emails voicemails or messages supposedly left on desk by other employees I have worked with 5 other dealerships service departments and Toyota West by far is my worst experience ever! I do not recommend

I don’t mind going to Toyota West at all.
I don’t mind going to Toyota West at all. Very busy place and everyone is friendly. The service is done quickly as expected. I just take my crocheting and before I know it my car is done. Their showroom is big and there’s lots to do even if you don’t have projects to work on. There’s a gift shop, free popcorn, bottled water and snacks available. TVs to watch. Or shop for a new car. The technician keeps you updated on the progress of your car and anything they find or don’t find. Even when it’s done. All on your own phone. I enjoy going there. You can even get your car washed. Or not. There’s not to many places I know of that takes care of you and your vehicle like that. Even buying a car is a breeze. I should know, I bought my car from Toyota West. Even trading in your car is hassle free. They give you an upfront value for your car and it seems to be a pretty fair deal. There is also more, they value you as a great customer and give you opportunities to sign up for different deals, give aways and so on. Now where can you get all of that any where else? Pamela White
