Best dealership! Excellent staff. No pressure and no sales pitch. This is my 4th car from this dealership. People should come and know what a no nonsense, pleasant, and good car dealership experience should be.

Do not shop this dealership. I went to Toyota Cleveland Heights on Black Friday. I was shopping their promotion of the Corolla LE for $3699 down, 39 months, $189 / month. After talking with sales associate AVAUGHN WELLS, I had my credit run (which is in the mid 700s) and was preparing to test drive. When AVAUGHN WELLS returned, his initial offer was for $361 / month. When I asked why the price was so high, he said the the Corolla LE offer I saw online was actually for the L model. And he added, they haven't actually sold that in 4 years. Obviously, this was an attempt to scam me. I left immediately. I received multiple follow up voicemails from AVAUGHN WELLS. In each, he explained with a new reason why the price was inaccurate. This is not a dealership with high moral standards!
