Do not shop this dealership. I went to Toyota Cleveland Heights on Black Friday. I was shopping their promotion of the Corolla LE for $3699 down, 39 months, $189 / month. After talking with sales associate AVAUGHN WELLS, I had my credit run (which is in the mid 700s) and was preparing to test drive. When AVAUGHN WELLS returned, his initial offer was for $361 / month. When I asked why the price was so high, he said the the Corolla LE offer I saw online was actually for the L model. And he added, they haven't actually sold that in 4 years. Obviously, this was an attempt to scam me. I left immediately. I received multiple follow up voicemails from AVAUGHN WELLS. In each, he explained with a new reason why the price was inaccurate. This is not a dealership with high moral standards!

Bought my car at Cleveland heights Toyota. At that time I bought a service contract. Took my car in for and oil change. I waited for my car. 2 & 3/4 to get my car back. This is unacceptable!!! They got their money, and that all that cared about!!!
