I was looking for a used car.
I was looking for a used car. I'm not a difficulty or demanding person. Joseph Toyota had the exact car I was hoping to purchase, other than the color which was not really a game changer. We negotiated a little better price and we had a sale. Joseph Toyota, the salesman, and financial manager were very professional, nice and accommodating. I was very pleased with the whole transaction/experience of buying this vehicle.

They always do quality work.
They always do quality work. The service counter people are pleasant as well. We’ve had service done at a couple other dealerships and prefer this one for service hands down.

My name is Ray Smith i purchased a used Toyota Tacoma hv from this dealership that wasn't the problem. The problem i had was the incompetence of the salesman Charles Cromer, you think a guy with 25 years of experience selling vehicles would not have to depend on the arrogant youths at this dealership to make a decision.
