Sales Manager Incredibly Rude

I went in today to inquire about a Certified used car that I saw online, I worked with a great salesman , Hazmo Tannous, and we settled on an out-the-door price. I told him that I had to discuss the deal with my wife, and she asked to have the price reduced by $500 more. I called Hazmo and asked him if that was possible, he said he would talk to the sales manager and get back to me. I then received a call from a Sales Manager, Jacob, who proceeded to "lecture" me on how another $500 would take the car below what he could get from online Wholesale auction and that they were pulling my deal off the table because I was totally unreasonable. I answered him in a calm tone that my wife and I felt this was the most we could spend on this car and he continued to be loud and rude that I did not understand the workings of car pricing and they would not even accept the original deal that we discussed. I said fine, we are willing to walk away. I then got a call from Hazmo, told him that we would not be doing any business with Brunswick, but it was not his fault, he was very professional and pleasant.

They eave the last digit off the price so that the listing appears at the top or first in the search results list. If Cars.com calls them out they can say it was a keystroke error. If their cars were competitively they wouldn't have to use tricks to get people to see what they are selling.

If you are needing service for a Dodge or Ram look elsewhere. I had my Ram 3500 in for transmission work. I was promised 3-5 days. I told the service rep I needed it back before Friday due to a snow storm forecast for Friday and Saturday. I was told I would have it back by Thursday. Thursday came and went. No truck. Friday came and I was told it would be ready later. Later came and then if was 5:00. Cathy told me the technician explained the trans only needed to be programmed. But he had to go home. I wasn tojd it would only take a couple of hours to finish and it would be done first thing in the morning. At this point it is snowing. Overnight we got anywhere from 3-8 inches of snow and I could not service my customers. My truck was finally returned to me after 2:00 on. Transmission still slipped and fuel pump not working. Got more snow on Monday MLK Day and I still could not service all my customers due to trans still slipping. To top it off the service tech failed to secure the battery connection and I lost power twice and nearly crashed my truck. Was told by one manager vthat yes the dealership dropped the ball but they did nothing to help.. Meanwhile I gave lost over 9,000.00 because of this service department. I finally got my truck back today. My service advisor Cathy Note on was Greasethe sideonly ofonevthat trucktried to help and seemed to give a dam as well as on interior of truck. Run don't all to another dealership. Now the service Manager Gary Long just called and told me to take my "rusted out piece of junk to another dealership.
