I purchased a vehicle approximately 3-4 week ago. Possible head gasket issue within day 1 Contacted sales person - no response time and time again. 6th day check engine light for fuel leak - no response. Communicated with sales daily for a week with no answers. While I was sitting at desk he had face book messenger up with a message from apparently a friend offering to over pay for car if he doesn’t sell it to me LOL I can’t make this up. 11/04/2025 still no contact from Don Wood. I expected more from a dealership this size. Please do you homework before purchasing from Don Wood Automotive. Jump on BBB, I blame myself for lack of homework. sauce_1986@yahoo.com if you’d like more information, reach out before purchasing and I will give you the individuals name I dealt with in the sales department. Also share my unanswered text and correspondence. Even though we both signed a paper to work together on any issues before escalating. I believe they reset check engine light for fuel leak also to top it off. Comes on 5-6 days after reset. However, protections are available under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), which prohibits unfair or deceptive practices in consumer transactions, including used car sales. This means that if a used car has significant defects that impair its use, value, or safety, buyers may have recourse under the CSPA.

Pax was very helpful through the whole ordeal. He was a bit busy at times but that is to be expected. Left with the vehicle I wanted at a reasonable price point. They were able to shop around and get an interest rate 2% better than my pre approval from my credit union!! As an out of stater, they treated me very well and I’d recommend them to anyone considering buying from them.
