I took our Sienna in for 3 recall notices, one being the sliding door. When I picked it up, we were told the door was “seizing” and that the particular part causing the issue was not covered under recall (but would have been covered if we brought it in 6 months prior. ) The door worked properly when we took it in, but did not work properly when we picked it up. Ganley is refusing to fix the issue they caused because it is no longer covered by Toyota corporate. Extremely disappointed in Ganley’s customer service.

I bought a new 2021 Rav 4 on Monday. My salesman Matt Middaugh was friendly and informative and straightforward. He answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. My only negative comment is that the financing representative kept trying to sell me additional services on my lease and I thought it was redundant information after I already said no.

Was looking for a used Toyota Prius and found a 2015 at Ganley Toyota at the end of March. Rick waited on me and couldn't have been more helpful. Price was reasonable enough that I asked for leather seats and heater to be added. Rick and John, the used car manager, help see that the aftermarket items were installed. Always answered my calls and any further questions I had. A wonderful experience and would highly recommend Rick if your looking for a used car. Am also very happy with my Prius!
