My daughter took her car in for service, solo. She had a very good experience. She knew what was needed and didn’t feel pressured nor intimidated. Her wait-time was very reasonable.

This dealership showed exactly why people hate dealing
This dealership showed exactly why people hate dealing with car sales. I was given a firm offer by John Lafabregue — then out of nowhere they took it back and came back with an even worse one. If that’s not bait-and-switch, I don’t know what is. If they can’t honor their own numbers for more than five minutes, what does that say about how they operate? Completely unprofessional, misleading, and a total waste of time. I won’t be back, and I’d warn anyone else to think twice before trusting them with anything.
