So stay with me on this one. If you get Dom as your sales person that's pretty good. If you get Terrance as your sales manager request someone else. He will sales talk you, belittle and talk down to you. He will act as your best friend but I don't need friends like him. He told miss information. He charged for tires on the car I was trading in even though I found multiple cars on the lot with less tread. Sterling in finance is new but good to deal with. Would I recommend them, I honestly don't know. I would do your homework. Know how much your trade is worth (don't rely on there estimator), what APR you qualify for and check the vehicle over carefully. Make sure to get an "we owe you" if you find anything. Good luck!?

I had inquired about a used vehicle for sale online. On a Friday night, they called me and told me it was available. I set up an appointment to look at it Saturday morning. When we arrived we found what we thought was the vehicle before we even went in to talk to to anyone. The vehicle was in terrible condition with loads of rust and corrosion underneath. So, I texted back one of the people that had texted me about it and let them know that I was not interested and they could cancel my appointment. On Monday, the person texted me back saying that the vehicle sold 2 weeks ago. I asked why they would've set up an appointment for me to look it if it was sold, especially considering it's a 45 minute drive from my house. I also explained that the one we saw on the lot looked exactly like the picture (it had some unique features that you would be able to tell it apart from others) and it had the same description on it. The person replied with "she was incorrectly informed. I am a sales rep with more knowledge on the availability of my vehicles". So I responded saying that it was kind of disappointing that someone reached out to me to set up an appointment to look at a vehicle that was not available. The person responded stating that I wasn't going to purchase it anyway. I guess that gave her the go ahead to be rude even though we are looking to purchase a vehicle (even if it wasn't that one), but after this experience it will not be from Fred Anderson. She told me I must have went to the wrong dealership. I did not as I went to the address showing on listing. I've never had a sales person treat me in such a rude manner considering I was a potential customer. The person that was texting me said her name was Izzy. I told her that maybe her manager should know how terrible the service is and she said she'd give me the number to call.

Trustworthy -- At Fred Anderson, I feel like I have a great relationship with everyone associated with my interactions there - the one thing that I like is the fact that years ago, Ali came out and introduced himself to me and I really have great confidence in his ability and integrity. Ryan and Scott are also great to work with, I know with them all I have to do is tell them to do whatever they would with their car and I will get a great job. Most recently, Carl Anderson worked with me and arranged for a new 2016 Camry XLE Hybrid to be built just the way I wanted it - so from sales to service you guys are the greatest!!!
