The crew at Peterson Toyota has completely changed my mind about dealing with a dealership. On a 600 mile journey from South Carolina to Pennsylvania, my front bumper partially disconnected from my car. Somehow, On a Saturday at 12 noon,I found myself at Peterson dealing with the wonderful Curtis Moser. I needed a new bumper, but I was hundreds of miles from home. The service crew listened, and fashioned a solid fix that got me home with no worries. I would advise all Toyota dealerships to take a lesson from Peterson and from Curtis Moser and his team. Especially calling out the Toyota dealerships in Washington, Pennsylvania, and in Dormont to Pennsylvania… Take a lesson! Now I know what Southern hospitality really means

Within 3 hours they had it aligned and drivable so we could continue to Florida. Their service level was topnotch.
