Absolutely the worst customer service.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Called 4 times with a very simple question, "what are interest rates for financing today". After four request they told me to have a nice day. Don't know what they are hiding, evidently a very high interest rate. They are the worst.

Caleb,in service, did a fine job. I have had a bad experience with the sales side of the transaction when I purchased the used lexus. It took a lot of my time to finally resolve the title and licensing issues with the State of NC. It was eventually resolved, but only because of much effort on my part.
