I want to give a huge thank you to Toyota of Greensboro — especially Jordan, Jacob, and Frankie — for making this entire car-buying experience one I’ll never forget. This process wasn’t easy for me at first; I actually had two Kia K5s sold right out from under me during my search. But Jordan stayed consistent from the beginning — always responding quickly, keeping me updated, and genuinely doing everything he could to help me land the right car. Jacob was the one who really made the deal make sense — professional, transparent, and willing to work with me on numbers when other dealerships wouldn’t even try. By the time I sat down with Frankie to finish the paperwork, the whole thing felt smooth and stress-free. Everyone there made me feel like I belonged — like I chose the right dealership. From start to finish, they turned what could’ve been another frustrating experience into a blessing. Alex was very good to work with during the process. He was able to bring in Service Tech’s to assist with questions of a more focused nature. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

There were a few minor issues with the truck that didn't show in their pictures and of course none of it was mentioned prior to my 2 hour drive. The dealer refused to deliver the truck to me unless they were paid in full prior and wanted me to place a $1k non-refundable deposit. However, I purchased the truck anyway and I have been trying to get information from the salesman since but he has quit answering my messages. All I can tell you is be 100% before you hand them the money. 🤷‍♂️🙄
