The sales guy was great only thing that made it bad was the finance guy said the seat package and some other package had to be included in the sale when I live almost 3 hours away and told him that but nothing was done would be 5 stars if I didn?t have to pay for something I won?t ever use

If price gouging is your thing this is your dealership.
If price gouging is your thing this is your dealership. Toyota makes cars with bad parts and town and country takes clear advantage of this by over charging for service. Don’t expect to bring your issues to the GM as he hides behind his staff and is unavailable. Typical Sonic automotive location. Overprice and under deliver. If you want to feel like cattle going into the slaughterhouse this is your place. They don’t care about you only their numbers

Really Great Experience
I bought a 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The experience was actually pretty easy and fun. We made a good deal and Elder was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was friendly, outgoing and we actually laughed a lot. He was very knowledgeable and explained the hybrid to me in a way I had not considered. I would absolutely recommend him as a sales associate!! I love my new car
