Advantage Toyota should be renamed Taking Advantage
Advantage Toyota should be renamed Taking Advantage Toyota because that’s exactly what they do—overcharge customers while delivering the bare minimum in service. I recently visited for a routine oil change and requested additional minor services: fixing a tire issue, replacing a missing screw, and replacing tire screws. The latter were supposed to be free services, yet they were ignored. I only received what I explicitly paid for, proving that if they aren’t making money on it, they won’t bother. The real issue, however, was the damage to my windshield. I arrived with a fully intact windshield—something their security cameras can confirm. Before leaving, I noticed a significant crack that was not there before. When I brought it to their attention, I was told the damage "probably worsened while lifting the car." In other words, they admitted their handling caused the issue but still refused to take responsibility, telling me to go through my own insurance instead. This is not an isolated incident. A similar situation happened on a previous visit, showing a clear pattern of negligence and avoidance of accountability. Customers are charged triple the cost of a regular mechanic, yet there is nothing they offer that justifies the markup—no added value, no better service, just inflated prices hiding behind the Toyota name. Toyota is known for trust and reliability. This dealership is the opposite. If Toyota’s headquarters saw how this location treats customers, changes would be immediate. I will never return, and I will make sure others know exactly what Taking Advantage Toyota is all about—high prices, poor service, and zero accountability.

BAIT AND SWITCH The real price ended up being nearly 3k more than advertised, because they look the liberty to take out an assumed down payment of $2k from the real price, then there was a another “dealership fee” (whatever that is?) of $750 and a couple others. So, for example, in this instance they advertised the car as $31k on cars.com AND in a link they sent me. I get there and now the price is 34k. An increase of $3k. $2k of that is a “down payment” that just decided not tell me about, and they think this is some magical number that doesn’t count toward the sell price. I think they actually are so dumb in there they believe this is legit. Anyway, the guy I dealt with his name is Audi, who then sent me a link to somewhere else on their website that talked about this “down payment” and told me to “learn to how to read”, haha! It was comical. Not the brightest people at this place, and unethical. A combo you never want to do business with. Stay away!

STAY AWAY
I do not recommend coming this dealer, they are the worst. I purchased a 2018 Toyota rav4 with 5,722 for about $22k. This was a great deal but unfortunately the rear door was not inline, it did not close properly. I brought my car to my mechanic and he said that i need to replace my water pump and rear passanger electrical socket. Minor stuff that needs to be fixed. When i spoke to service advisor Margie, she said that the hinge for the door was ordered but I have to leave my car there, i Left my car there for almost 10 days and nothing was fixed, the sales manager there said that I took the car as is and they shouldn't pay a dime to fix my car. Margie also said that my car was in the bodyshop but when I got there, my car was still at the dealer, they don't want to fix cars, they just want to sale you car and if something happens, you have to deal with it out of pocket. No one should come here, unprofessional and lack of customer service.
