Great experience buying a new minivan.
Great experience buying a new minivan. I heard Sienna's were hard to buy new and take a long time. We started shopping on Monday, Labor Day and drove it home on Friday, 9/12/25. I could've had it earlier but had to delay until Friday since that suited my schedule. My prior car buying experience was it takes too many painful hours with sales and finance. But happy to say this wasn't the case with Sunrise Toyota North. We spent a couple of hours sharing with Ralston Dunn what we wanted in a minivan (including our budget). Then, we left it up to him to find exactly what we asked for. Ralston was honest, thorough and spent time to show us all functions of the Sienna. Michael at Finance was amazing too. The entire experience at Sunrise Toyota North was seamless and effortless. When we buy our next car, we will definitely be reaching out to Ralston again.

I was not pressured, I felt like Ralston heard what I was looking for and provided me with the right solution, my new grand Highlander. Ralston thought of everything. This purchase was a pleasant experience!!
