Poor service.
Poor service. Dealership is not customer driven. Service manager was too busy to deal with a customer because she had a meeting. I ended up making calls to Toyota for assistance to resolve issue. I was warned of this before I purchased the vehicle, that service was an issue at Luv Toyota, but I bought there anyway. Advice, check your receipts because Luv Toyota neglected to record a problem in a previous service call. Service techs and service scheduler did a good job identifying the problem and deserve a 5, but the upper service manger is very poor and deserves less than a 1.

All the paperwork was prepared and ready for our signatures, the auto was prepped and ready to go and our tutorial on the equipment was superb. We especially appreciated the assistance of Kelly in finance, Kayla who provided an thorough and easily understood tutorial and Al, the manager, for all his help in coordinating the entire process.
