I brought my car in because my transmission was dying and
I brought my car in because my transmission was dying and was under the impression that my warranties had all ended. Sunny discovered that the replacement transmission was covered under an extended warranty that I had purchased with the vehicle and had actually forgotten. He was able to put me in a very nice loaner vehicle and got corporate to cover the entire situation at no cost to me. When it was all said and done, I drove out with a brand new replacement transmission and zero dollars out of pocket. It's hard not to be satisfied with an experience like that!

This dealership is horrible for many reasons.
This dealership is horrible for many reasons. Reason #1 - after a deal was struck the night before, I came to finish the paperwork and pickup my car. I was told it would be only a few hours- I was there from 11-4pm. Reason #2 - when all was done, they brought the car to me. It wasn’t cleaned for delivery. Imagine picking up your new black car and it was covered with dirt and dust. Reason #3 - the car had some paint damage (small but noticeable) upon inspection. When I told my salesman (Matt) about the imperfections he said “why am I worried, the car will chipped by rocks when driving anyway. What is the big deal?” I got the manager involved. he said I would have to drive to their service department (2.2 miles away) to have them take a look at it. Then he said he will send a detailer to my house to fix the paint. It’s been 2 weeks and still no detailer. Reason #4 - the car wasn’t given its walk through from the dealership. The car had no washer fluid in it and god knows what else is missing. Reason #5 - no follow up calls. I have called them several times to get these issues resolved and I’ll get “ok, I’ll find out what’s going on and I’ll get back to you later in the day or tomorrow.” They don’t call back. This dealership only focuses on pushing out cars to get high volume but once you sign the paperwork you the customer are forgotten and left to deal with the issues on your own. I have bought 4 Toyotas from Millennium Toyota in Hempstead and I was never treated like this during the sales process or servicing my cars. I only went to Huntington Toyota because Millennium didn’t have the exact car I wanted in stock and Huntington did. What a mistake. I should have waited a little while longer and I could have had the same car with a better experience.
