Roswell Toyota

Save your time and money. Made a long distance trip based on conversations with a guy who i was later advised was a sales manager (idk for sure if he was or not just what another employee there said). I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from another dealer. And the ONLY reason I took the time and spent the money to travel to Roswell, NM was based on my conversation with this sales guy. I clearly asked specific questions to clarify all terms of the promotion. Gave all details about my vehicle, nothing left out. And we even used example scenarios to verify the details and understanding. Only to show up, that guy was not available and after spending almost all day test driving cars, found one only to be told that i was given false information. The vehicle I found was completely different from what previous cars i had looked at and researched. So i almost made a huge mistake, after researching while they where trying to make a deal, i found that at two dealer ships over they had the exact same vehicle but two years newer with no miles the other had around 30k, I could buy the newer model brand new for 3 to 5k more than their asking price. I ended up leaving with a few hits to my credit and no vehicle. Which was my choice, I do not appreciate being lied to. I wish i would have saved my money and time and never made the trip. Maybe this review will help someone else. Always research before you buy.

The service manager was great!. He stayed on top of things, had my tires installed and front end alignment completed in a reasonable time frame. He was able to get me going. Thanks, Toyota of Roswell! Pat.

Service was great. Dwayne was nice, helpful and efficient. One of the better experiences I have ever had with a service department. Thank you and I will return.
