Service was not the best and was lied to more than once
Service was not the best and was lied to more than once during my visit. I was told I could not get the military discount and was told I couldn’t register my car in a state of my DL. My car was not ready even though I was approved and signed everything. I was told the salesperson will deliver my car to me the next day. I was hoping I still received a full tank of gas once the salesperson drove my car to my apartment. No, it was not full. I had to contact corporate to get assistance. I received a phone call the next day and received great service from the manager. I did not receive great service from the salesperson and the finance guy.

Battery died in a Saturday under warranty (left voicemail
Battery died in a Saturday under warranty (left voicemail that day). Warranty actually expired the end of that day. They did not cover it under warranty on Monday. Long time customers.
