I was extremely happy with two of the supervisors in sales. I only know their first names. One was Zoe, who was awesome and I believe the other one was Mike. They both went out of their way to make my experience much better. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Joe and Mariah make a great team, they handled every question and concern I had. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend asking for them! There was no last minute add ons, the price went were quoted was the price went paid. Group1 Toyota secured me as a loyal customer for life.

Our first sales associate (Darrell Jones) was initially

Our first sales associate (Darrell Jones) was initially nice, but then became aggressive in his delivery and his tone which almost turned us off to the whole experience. We requested to deal only with the sales manager (Josh Rippel) who assured us he would take care of us from then on. While the vehicle was in transit from CA, we were asked to make an appointment at the dealership to complete the paperwork and hopefully expedite the process. Not only were we given to another sales associate (Josh Stewart), but none of the paperwork was ready. We had brought our children with us since my husband and I both arrived from work and we were at the dealership for almost three hours. Not to mention, our sales associate was busy working on at least one other deal with different customers while we waited. He walked away from his desk multiple times, talking with other employees, with other customers on the phone; leaving us to wonder what was happening. He very well may have been working on our deal but failed to communicate with us what was going on, so we were left in silence to wait for long periods of time without any updates. We were told by this sales associate that the vehicle would arrive ?soon?, within a few days of signing paperwork, and we had to wait longer than anticipated. Once the vehicle arrived at the dealership, the sales associate called my husband at work to let him know. My husband called me since I was the one who was going to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the sales associate was extremely flustered and told me that I should?ve called him to tell him I was on my way since he still needed about an hour for detailing, filling it up with gas, etc. I waited for almost two hours before it was finally ready. The sales associate told me that he usually likes to ?be ready? when customers arrive, that he came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly (which it didn?t), and essentially blamed me for arriving ?early? without calling him ahead of time. Once finally in the vehicle, we began the setup through the Toyota app. Multiple times he took my phone out of my hands to press and click on icons that he was verbally explaining to me but that I couldn?t clearly see. I was so frustrated and anxious to leave that I left as soon as I could. Our experience with the sales manager and the finance manager was flawless! - I wish that the encounters with the two sales associates wouldn?t have tainted our overall experience. We are grateful to the sales manager (Josh Rippel) who was able to more than exceed our needs, work with our limited budget, and get us the car of our dreams!
