DISCRIMINATION.. Has not gone through their end of providing a free service because that makes mistreatment better. Its been over one month since my initial complaint. I simply agreed to the oil change service along with a written apology for the treatment endured by Casa Toyota Staff, OR contact information for someone above the GM. Since then Management fails to make contact other than responding to reviews,

DISCRIMINATORY. WE WERE REFUSED A VEHICLE RENTAL BASED ON OUR LAST NAME. IT’S BEEN ONE MONTH AND STILL NO RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT IS AVOIDING MY CALLS.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation for accuracy. The decision to decline the rental request was not based on discrimination or mistreatment of any kind. It was solely due to an unresolved issue involving a vehicle previously rented by an immediate family member that was not returned and was ultimately reported to the appropriate authorities. For this reason, our rental department was unable to proceed with a new rental. This is a standard policy applied consistently to all customers in similar circumstances.

Second visit was as bad as theirs. Took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and informed them of a specific problem that warranted being looked at. We’ll they changed the oil and rotated the tires. A case of grown men doing the work a child could do. The service writer was told of my problem and he said he would make sure it got checked out. That was a lie. Nothing was checked. Also was told when it would be ready. ANOTHER FAILURE! Told to come back in half an hour. This is absolutely the worst car dealership I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will never have anything nice to say about these people. You. Will. Not. Have. The. Chance. To. Screw. Me. Around. Ever. Again. EVER! Your entire service desk sitters should be fired. Let them change tires.
