Second visit was as bad as theirs. Took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and informed them of a specific problem that warranted being looked at. We’ll they changed the oil and rotated the tires. A case of grown men doing the work a child could do. The service writer was told of my problem and he said he would make sure it got checked out. That was a lie. Nothing was checked. Also was told when it would be ready. ANOTHER FAILURE! Told to come back in half an hour. This is absolutely the worst car dealership I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will never have anything nice to say about these people. You. Will. Not. Have. The. Chance. To. Screw. Me. Around. Ever. Again. EVER! Your entire service desk sitters should be fired. Let them change tires.

I absolutely regret ever stepping foot in Casa Auto Group. This place is nothing more than a scam. From the start, they misled me about the financing options, pretending like I was getting a good deal, only to realize later that I was trapped in a terrible loan with much worse terms than I was promised. But that’s not even the worst part. The car I bought was grossly overpriced, and it’s clear now that I was sold a vehicle that isn’t worth half of what I paid. I feel completely deceived and ripped off, and it’s infuriating to think that they’re likely doing this to countless other customers. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Casa Auto Group as possible. They’re a shady business that preys on unsuspecting buyers. I wouldn’t trust them to sell me a bicycle, let alone a car. Avoid this place at all costs.
