I recently leased a car from Towne Toyota, and I have to say this was by far the best car-buying/leasing experience I’ve had in over 20–25 years. I’ve purchased and leased many cars over the years, but nothing compares to how smooth, fast, and enjoyable this process was. From the start, my salesman Goksel was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the entire experience stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, set up a test drive right away, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The signing process was lightning fast — paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new car. They even offered me drinks and snacks during the process, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel really valued as a customer. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, Travis. Don’t be afraid to ask him for what you want — he went above and beyond to make sure I got a really good deal and worked hard to meet me in the middle on everything. His professionalism and willingness to find solutions truly stood out. Overall, this was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
