Best in the Biz

Rob, Bob, Jayson, and team are quality. This review is far overdue: I leased my Toyota April 2021 and had what was easily the best dealership experience, hands down. Rob was super knowledgeable, responsive, and charming as xxxx. Jayson was efficient, helpful, and a complete pleasure. And Bob made the financing end of things a total breeze. Glen Toyota is the place to be for an exemplary car-buying/leasing experience. Toyota is #blessed to have this branch in its mix. Thanks, Glen Team!

Very disappointed with the whole experience. I contacted them through several means. The cars.com,and Toyota.Com Asking for a quote on 2020 RAV4 hybrid XLE. Got a call from Jennife. She said they have several XLE hybrids in stock but the OTD price would be 35 k on all of them. I said it's too much for me Several times. She said if I come in they might do a better deal. Now, we are in the middle of pandemic. Most other dealers have no problems working online with me. But anyways, repeatedly ask her how she thinks we can get price that fits my budget? She insisted I come over. Well they are 8 min away, so I say ok. I also found a specific car in their online inventory and also if I can look at it. Sure no problems was told. Well, I get there, gets intorduced to a sales rep, and told to waight whyle he gets the car. Comback 10 min later and says sorry the car is not there. It is enroute. They actually have no XLEs on the lot. So I can not even look at anything. Sales rep offer to show me the limited hybrid they do have which I look at to get an idea of size and overly all shape and space. Now ask for quote again. The guy come back with the same 35 I heard over the phone. I said Jennifer said we can do better. Told no that is the price. I ask if they can order my the XLE configuration I want . That is just the XLE no extra packages. The guy looks me in the eyes and say no, every car comes with at least several optional packages from the plants. I am sorry, how is that optional packages if I can not choose to get car without them? Very bad experience over all. The service department is great. Prompt,curtiose and good but sales dept. Is a scam. I get there

Worst Customer Service, Worst Dealer

I do not know where to start but I have almost life threatening experience from my Toyota highlander. I am using Toyota since I got driving license and I never had this kind of experience before. I was driving on an I-95 truck route. There was one truck ahead of me and one behind me and there are other vehicles on side. There were no option to go any side and suddenly my engine stopped and I was not able to speed up my car even using full accelerator. Truck behind me pressing his horn, which scared me. I almost leave all hope and luckily it started again and I survived but I got very scared by this incident that I am still scared of driving that car. I took that car to Glen Toyota from where I got that Toyota highlander (One of the worst mistake by choosing that dealer). I explained them my situation but its look as if they do not care much. They just want to sell their vehicle. The service provider Richard was very rude with me. They took my car but refused to give me loaner. After so much requesting, he gave me Corolla, very small car. Next day, I got information about safety recall in Toyota highlander. According to that recall, I am facing that entire problem that was mentioned in recall. I call glen Toyota and to my surprise, they are not aware about any recall. They were not ready to accept even after ask them to check online. I had to call Toyota customer service and then they accepted (Toyota customer service experience was also not pleasant). Next day, they told me they did not find anything in car and want me to take my car back and drive them. I told them if you are taking responsibility that, that kind of problem will not come again then I can take car. They refused to take any responsibility. I told them, take this car back and give me new one. They refused for that. My car is with them since 3 months and there is no resolution yet. Glen Toyota is worst dealer I have seen. Specially, their Service Center is one of the worst. Whenever, I go for service they forget something and I have to go back to fix it. I have tried Toyota Customer service as well and they said they will talk to dealer and told me that it's dealer's fault. Toyota is saying it is dealer's fault and dealer saying its Toyota’s fault. I do not know what to do. I will never by Toyota again. I am paying for Highlander and driving Corolla. I am planning to sue Toyota and Glen Toyota both for misbehaving with me and ask me to drive faulty car where there is risk of life. I cannot tell you, how scared I am from that incident. Just sharing so someone else do not have to face that kind of trouble. Thanks for reading.
