Above and beyond service.
Above and beyond service. I usually go to a small, local car repair shop, but when I go to Ira instead, I am treated with comparable personalized service. Each person I have worked with, whether service representatives, rentals, technicians, sales, etc, has gone out of their way to make sure all my needs were taken care of. I mixed up the shop's closing hours, and multiple professionals helped me after closing hours to make sure I got sorted. It was my mistake and they still treated me so well. I would recommend this dealership location to anyone, they really care about customer service !
