Since I'm busy at work I was able to complete the process quick and easy. From walking in with questions, to following up with the sales rep, and finally when signing with the finance team. Very easy, impressive, and laid back experience. Myself and family are truly grateful!

I, Marco Aurélio, and Jucara bought a 2021 Sienna car
I, Marco Aurélio, and Jucara bought a 2021 Sienna car from Toyota with salesman Alexandre and two other salesmen. During the negotiation, we asked the salesmen three times if Toyota had performed a complete inspection, and Alexandre confirmed that the car had been fully checked. At the end of the negotiation, we signed the papers and took the car. Five minutes later, I sent a message to Alexandre saying that the shock absorbers were making a lot of noise, and he said he couldn't do anything. We bought the car trusting in Toyota's seriousness, but unfortunately, we were deceived; they did not perform the inspection on the car. I request an urgent meeting with the company director to resolve this serious problem!!! Unfortunately, they lied to us.
