BUYER BEWARE BUNCH OF CON ARTIST! Centennial Toyota is pulling a serious scam! According to the FTC , and the Nevada Attorney General’s office. IT IS ILLEGAL for a dealership to force bundle unwanted products/services like their window tinting fee of $599.99 and their ceramic coating for over $1800.00 and charging an acquisition fee of $3000.00 on the purchase of a new vehicle. Acquisition fees should only be charged on leased vehicles. Trying to upcharge me $5000.00 for a non Toyota factory extended warranty . Lying and saying Toyota doesn’t provide a factory warranty anymore! When I called Findlay Toyota they stated absolutely Toyota offers factory extended warranty. Then they tried to back pedal and tell me the finance manager is new! And didn’t know! Seriously? If you have been a victim of their scam file a complete with the Nevada Attorney General and the FTC. Their license will be revoked! I will be contacting both FTC AND NEVADA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS!

The service I received through Robert has been absolutely terrible, and at this point I feel like the warranty I purchased is either a complete scam—or Robert is simply that incompetent. I purchased a 2024 RAV4 Prime in July 2024 and paid $12,000 for the top-tier warranty, which was supposed to cover everything, including tires and windshield repair. I made this investment for peace of mind. Instead, my first real claim has been nothing but a nightmare. While driving on the 215, I hit a metal plank in the road that destroyed both of my left tires. Not only was this a terrifying and dangerous situation, but Robert provided me with zero reassurance or urgency in getting the issue handled. AAA towed my vehicle to Toyota, and I even arranged a 2:00 PM appointment that same day. I made it clear that I needed my car repaired as soon as possible because (1) I need my vehicle for work, and (2) I already had a scheduled body shop appointment to repair my bumper from a previous accident. Robert failed to mention that he would not be prioritizing my vehicle at all. Instead of immediately submitting the warranty claim when my car arrived, he waited until the next morning to even file it. That delay alone cost me precious time. Once the claim was finally approved, I was informed that the required tires weren’t even in stock. By the time the tires arrived the following day, the “assigned mechanic” wasn’t available, and I had to wait yet again for a new mechanic to be found. Between the lack of communication, the complete disregard for urgency, and the endless delays, I am baffled and furious. Had I just paid out of pocket at a local tire shop, I would have had my car back the same day instead of losing work and money while my vehicle sat at Toyota for three days. To make matters worse, the warranty didn’t even cover a rental car while Toyota kept my car hostage. I deeply regret trusting Toyota and investing in this warranty. Instead of peace of mind, it has caused me nothing but stress, wasted time, and lost income.

Me and my fiance just purchased a Nissan from this dealership customer service was outstanding just drove the car to LA and back no issues whatsoever we are very pleased with this dealership keep up the great work we just moved here from Seattle Washington it was a breath of fresh air to deal with these nice folks
